An Sibin Mobile Irish Pub is a portable event space for hire. It comes equipped with everything needed to run your own pub, except the alcohol. You provide your own beer, wine or spirits, we will drive it to your private party, set it up and leave you to have your pints in peace and quiet.
Can you provide bar staff?
Yes! We can provide TIPS certified bar tenders on request. The standard shift is 4 hours minimum for $499 with an additional hourly rate of $60/hour there after to a maximum of 8 hours.
OR
If you would like to pour your own pints that's ok too! We provide instructions to pour the perfect pint and you are more than welcome to have your friends do the bar tending, it's your party after all!
On delivery we will set everything up and show you how to change out the kegs. We provide a range of helpful videos so that you can become a real publican for a night. Just bring your own cardigan.

We incentivize multi-day bookings so if you would like to book an extra night or longer rentals please reach out for a quote. For special events and charities then please email or call us for information.
How many kegs can I fit
We have two commercial grade kegerators, with two taps each. So, in total you could have 4 beers or drinks on tap at a time.
Each kegerator will fit;
1 x 1/2 Barrel = Approx 165 12oz Pints
2 x Slim 1/4 Barrel = Approx 62 12 oz Pints each
The gas cylinders fit within the units and are provided free of charge, please inform us of need at least 14 days before your event. We can provide Nitrogen and / or CO2.
Is Alcohol Included
No - You provide the pints and we provide the pub. We can provide you with instructions on how to place keg orders.
To comply with state liquor laws, we do not provide any food/beverages. The host, venue, or catering company must purchase the alcohol. We work with local liquor suppliers who can deliver everything to your location on the day of your event, making it as easy for you as possible. If you need some help with drink choices or amounts, we are more than happy to give some suggestions to make sure all of your guests are catered for!
The pub comes fully equipped with taps for up to four draft beers at a time and refrigeration for your kegs or other bottled/canned beverages.
Consider it as if you were having a house party; you supply the beverages and when we deliver and set up the pub we will fully stock the bar for you and connect your keg(s). We also provide the gas for your kegs free of charge. This is actually the most cost effective way to host a party since you don’t have to pay huge premiums for an open bar or hefty mark-ups on alcohol, and can instead purchase everything from the cheapest source available.
Do you have AC, Power & Water
Oh god yes! Our AC is strong and reliable. The whole pub is powered by a stand alone generator that comes with the rental. If you have the appropriate power supply you may run a power line to the pub to avoid any noise with the generator. Our generator has a 60 ft cable and can be placed away from the party.
The kegerators do have a glass rinsing system built in that requires a garden hose to be connected to the back of the trailer. Note however that this drains into a bottle within the fridge and must be emptied periodically. There is no sink in the pub.
How much space do I need
To be set up safely and securely the pub requires a level, hard surfaced area (concrete, asphalt, gravel, pavers etc.) with enough room for the pub itself as well as additional room for your guests to enter and exit the pub comfortably. The trailer the pub is built on measures 21.5’ x 8’ and is towed by a truck.
We will review your delivery address with you during the booking process to ensure there is a suitable location for the pub. We suggest having a look through our event gallery to see some of our setup locations in the past.
How long does it take to setup
The pub will generally be setup within one hour of being securely parked and leveled at your location. The fridges can take up to an 60 minutes to come down to temp in the Summer months once the pub is plugged in. In the Winter, the pub can take up to 60 minutes to warm up once the heater is switched on.
We always recommend having your kegs delivered chilled and having them kept on ice until the pub arrives and we can get you set up. You don't want to look like an amateur on your first pour because of a warm keg.
Do I need a Permit or License
You do not need a license to serve alcohol in the pub as long as you are on private property and are not charging your guests for drinks. Think of this like a normal house party, but instead of a pop up tent you have a pop up pub! It's your private party, so as long as you are just serving and not selling pints to your friends then you don't need a permit.
How many people can fit in the pub
There is sitting room for 15 and total capacity of up to 25 people. There is a serving window for the bar tender to pass pints out to the beer garden or whatever setup you might have at your event. Our kegerators are top of the line and will pour pints all day and night long for events with over 200 people, if you have the space, we have the pub!
What do I need to supply
Other than the alcohol, you will need to provide your own ice, fruit and snacks. We provide an ice bucket and scoop, but the pub does not have a freezer so you will need to have cold storage nearby. You may also want to provide straws, as well as lemon and lime slices for garnish. We will provide cleaning supplies for the bar (all purpose cleaner, paper towels etc.) and beer coasters for your guests.
Do you supply glasses
Glassware is available on request with the pub, we can supply 24 pint glasses for a deposit of $100.
We can also recommend good quality clear plastic and disposable cups to give the real experience with none of the breakage or clean up.

Can I park it on the street
The pub must be parked on private property. It cannot be parked on a public street outside your house. Residents in downtown Savannah within the open container zone will need to be reviewed for code compliance.
Is there a bathroom
Unfortunately not, the pub does not have a bathroom.
Is there a TV & sound system
Yes, there is a 35" Smart TV mounted on the wall which is wifi enabled and equipped with streaming services to watch sports or listen to music. You will need to log in to your own account to view streaming services.
We also have a Bluetooth sound bar which can be synced to your phone to play music.
Where do you deliver to
We will deliver the pub within a 30 mile radius of downtown Savannah free of charge. Some milage rates apply for further distances and we can give you a quote, feel free to email at sibinmobilepub@gmail.com
What is the cancellation policy
Cancellations made > 2 weeks prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit of $500
We cannot offer a refund for bookings with less than 7 days notice, however you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend on request.
If a booking is cancelled for mutually agreed reasons between An Sibin and yourself, due to storms or unforeseeable acts of god (for example) then you will receive a full refund.
Do you do half day rentals
There is no distinct pricing for half day rentals, it will be charged at the full day rate. However, we can accommodate early pick up of the Sibin with advanced notice and availability if you only need it for a shorter duration.
Are multi-day bookings available
Absolutely! In fact we incentivize multi-day bookings. If you would like to book the pub for more than 48 hours then please contact us directly for a quotation and the applicable discount.
